[OPEN] how to change XFCE gtk3 theme

Whenever I change any theme through appearance it changes gtk2 theme, but it neofetch it shows two different themes one from gtk2 another from gtk3. how to change the gtk3 theme?

See .config/gtk-3.0 folder or go to the settings of XFCE
