[CLOSED] USB ports not seeing thumb drives

First check the forums - Do not know where to put it then put it here

Not getting an error or anything. Just doesn't do anything when i connect a thumb drive. Tried 6 different ones by different co's. :geek: :geek:

Ports do just die.

See the hardware is not broken via other OS.

See the bios settings are ok.

Clear any formatting from the thumb drives.

Try out different isos from different time periods. They will contain different kernels and other applications.

Do not think it is a hardware issue. I use a usb mouse and that is working fine. I booted into Win 10 (dual boot system) and the os sees the usb thumb drives just fine
