Hi all!
Before trying to create a customized iso, I'm just attempting to build the basic arconet iso, without any change to the scripts. I'm on ArcoLinux , but, no matter which version is used (I've tried even using the last arconet on virtualbox) the building process fails with the following error: "could not open file /home/alex/arconet-build/x86_64/airootfs/var/lib/pacman/sync/download-S7ML1D/arcolinux_repo_iso.db.part: Permission denied".
I have even tried to change the path of the two commands mkdir within the installation's script (giving 777 permission), in order to avoid the creation of the two directories inside the home directory, but to no avail...
Many thanks
Alex

Seems like there is a wrong package read corrupt package that you download.
I will test it now by creating a new video.
We build our ISOs on real metal and not in Virtual Box.

Merci beaucoup Erik,
but my first attempt to set up things according to your suggestions did not work. After deleting what was inside and having made an update, the result is unfortunately the same, that is, I get the same exact error... I'll try again later. Ciao from Italy

always a good idea
try at a later time
give the complete output not just the line you think
because it is the very first error we want to see
deleting is not enough
changing your servers is also necessary
