[OPEN] Hybrid GPU configuration problem (Intel / NVIDIA)
Hi, I have a laptop with a hybrid GPU configuration (Intel / NVIDIA). The dedicated card is Geforce M330. Nvidia no longer supports drivers for this card. I have patches NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-340.108-patched-kernel-5.17.run drivers installed. How do I switch between cards? If this is not possible, how to start a linux session on a dedicated card? I have Manjaro Xfce 21.3.2 installed. Thank you for your help.

I found Optimus-Manager-qt to manage the hybrid GPU. Tried Install this program according to the link:
Unfortunately, after the reboot, I was greeted by a black screen. I am not an advanced linux user.

This post being open i'm assuming you didn't switched to dedicated gpu?
I have the same problem, i followed the Optimus tutorial from Mark and Optimus does not work, it was the go to option when i was using Manjaro.
So my problem actually is....and i want to be sincere, *only one game and one program* do not run as expected, the Nvidia gpu actually runs, and runs well enough. I checked in konsole (BTW please someone tell me of a better terminal emulator caz i'm hardcore noob and usually force myself with something harder than necessary like installing Arch linux not the easy way)
I checked if the gpu is detected, it is
I checked drivers, they were up to date but still reinstalled
I checked various analysis on programs and games how are running and if are using dedicated gpu, most of them are but two
