[SOLVED] Welcome App

Hello,
After starting Arco, the Welcome app appears on the screen.
As I don't need it, I have deactivated the "Autostart" button.
Nevertheless, the app starts automatically every time.
This bothers me because it is useless.
Where can I deactivate the app in the system?

Like any app you can remove it - uninstall it
