reinstalling booting the iso does the exact same thing. stops in the exact same place so it is the driver in the iso ?

If you can't reinstall, you can't access TTY, and you can't put the kernel into maintenance mode by modifying the kernel cmd line options.
You are running out of options.
Logs would be /var/log/Xorg.*
But it would be particularly useful to see outputs from
`dmesg`
`journalctl -x`
Considering, you said you can't login to the system running those cmd's are a mute point.
Can you arch-chroot into your system using another live iso ?
If this all started after updating maybe the update to the NVIDIA drivers caused an issue, and your card isn't supported ?
You can try downgrading the NVIDIA drivers and see if that helps.

journalctl -x = it said there aren't any
xorg.logs are from when i put the radon card in the computer.
in grub if you just take out quiet and not add 3 at the end the last thing you get is:
finished rotate log files than it stops , it is just rotate empty files.
dmesg : output

Apart from the above comment I made earlier, either reinstall from a working Arco ISO and see what happens. Can you arch-chroot into your system using another live iso ?
