Hi all,

Sorry to be dense, but i cannot find the icons used for workspaces in polybar. I would like to change them to numbers, but need to locate them first. Thanks for any help!

Search the website arcolinuxd.com and arcolinux.com for the word polybar.

There are plenty of tutorials on polybar.

But it can also depend on the desktop you are using.

Every desktop is explained on https://arcolinuxd.com. You start with the first and then you move along till the last.

Understood. And a huge thanks for the wealth of information that is there. At this point, however, I'm just checking out some ArcoB tiling WMs, changing some minor things, and trying to determine which i prefer before venturing further. Confused because there seems to be nothing regarding polybar desktop icons in the bspwmrc nor in the polybar config. This lives in and can be changed from the appropriate rc file in the other desktops i have tried.

I know this post is old but if anyone is trying to figure this out.
Find the icon's number that you want using font-manager it will be in HEX
then convert in to decimal . That's your number to use in the xmonad.hs
