Sometimes packages need to be rebuild against their new dependencies.
You can do so with yay or paru and choose the number from AUR.

Timeshift was updated today (22.11.2-1 -> 22.11.2-2) but it didn't start either.
After deleting, then reinstalling (yay -S timeshift) from "arcolinux_repo_3party" ... it starts again and works great!
