I contacted the network provider and had them reset the modem to factory settings and check the firewall which was fine and that fixed the problem with connecting to the repos. I had trouble with the connection a week ago and someone on there end changed some setting and the connection came back I had not updated till a week later and had the issues. Now I am having this issue but there is a post on Arch main page about this

that is a "normal" conflict

either pipewire or pulseaudio
