For the first time I had a hot battery that I couldn't handle in my hand. And it happend during using ArcoLinux for a week.
Working time at battery was already shortened befeore I guess it was broken cell, but it never was that hot. Did you have any such a case before?
Can I check somehow what happend through Arco?

My knowledge is none - since laptops are just for testing not working.
Search the net I would say.
Can it be your CPU that gets hot...and as such heats up that part of the laptop
sensors is an application that keeps track of C or F.
there must be more.
cpu-x is on our repo
but temperature of battery....?

Four sure it was battery not processor. I have replaceable battery and I took it out and couldn't handle it physically at my hands. It was that hot

Re: [OPEN] Hot battery
The most common cause of a battery that drains fast on a laptop is an old battery that needs replacing.
Laptop batteries are one of the essential parts of a laptop. However, they are also one of the most vulnerable. Batteries can overheat and become damaged quickly if not taken care of properly. Overheating can cause lasting damage to the battery and reduce its lifespan.
A laptop battery won’t hold a charge as well these days, and that’s not just a problem with old models. Even newer laptops are susceptible to this issue. One potential cause is that batteries are being charged using devices that have decreased efficiency over time. View more https://infomativebeats.com/why-does-my ... n-so-fast/
