[SOLVED] NFS shares no longer mount when kernel 5.17.1 is installed

When running AcroLinux with the Linux-LTS my NFS shares mount and I'm able to access them. When I install Linux kernel 5.17.1 the shares no longer mount and cannot be accessed. I have experienced this same problem in other distributions, both Arch based and Debian based.

If so it is probably already on the bug website from Arch Linux.

Sounds like a similar issue as this one.



Downgrade and see what happens... you will have to figure out what package to downgrade.

Checked Arch linux and there is a bug report concerning kernel 5.17.1 and NFS. It is listed as low priority so it is hard telling when it will be fixed.

Kernel 5.17.2 is out but this issue is not fixed in it. However I tried kernel 5.18.0-rc1 and the issue is fixed in it. As far as I am concerned the issue is solved.
