[OPEN] How to change dmenu text color?

I know dmenu will need to be recompiled, but beyond that I don't know how to change the text color, I don't how to recompile it either.

Hopefully it's as simple as recompiling xmonad

so assuming you have Awesome go to ~/.config/awesome
open a terminal there
type

Code: Select all

rg dmenu

see where it is mentioned

see where the color is and change it
