[OPEN] ArcoLinux additionally installed plasma desktop's application launcher not working.

I installed the plasma desktop environment with the Arcolinux tweak tool. It installed the desktop but the application launcher which is on the bottom left corner is not working. When I click on it shows this error message.

1. did you reboot
2. solution = rename .config to .config-backup and see if that helps
