My ArchMerge is now on its best , everything works and is tweaked how i like it. Is there a way to make from this an installation iso? The solution will be harder than i think but is it possible? If so maybe this could be a tutorial (in several parts i guess  )

I have used clonezilla in the past to experiment with the ssd where I build the iso on.
That is so simple and straight forward.
It is an exact duplicate - bit by bit.

You need two ssd's.

That was back in the days when I created the iso of ArchLabs.

I know it was your initial question. That is the best I have found until now.
If you find something that works on Arch Linux let us know.
