[CLOSED] MSI Laptop - How to autostart MSIKLM script at startup?

Post by vancouver » Mon Feb 04, 2019 1:49 am

Hi,
I installed MSIKLM on my laptop which makes the keys light up (backlit keyboard).
This is the command that I type in the terminal to make it happen: sudo msiklm green

Instead of doing this every time the laptop wakes up or reboots, I'd rather have it auto start.
What is the best way in ArcoLinux to autostart a shell command? Thanks - v

You can make a script and boot that up everytime

or

Your computer starts here :
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Arch_boot_process

then it starts the files of the user

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ba ... tion_files

How about putting the line of code in here

Code: Select all

~/.bash_profile
Learn, have fun and enjoy.
But first use the power of the Arch Wiki
use the tutorials on https://www.youtube.com/erikdubois
then use the power of google
then use the power of our moderators.
