[SOLVED] Asking for password for NTFS too often

Post by UTUHA »

I have a few apps that require access to NTFS partition at dual boot, but too frequently it asks for partition access. Than I have to go to Dolphin file manager and type password. How to make it permanent or made asking for password period much longer?

Ok. Movie with Gnome disk is definitly a solution for this problem :)
Adding automaticaly line to /etc/fstab is easier and less error prone

heh,
I just discover that I cannot save, create file. Cannot create directory - access denied
I add rw flag but still it doesn't work. Previously with prompt Dolphin and password it was working with the same mounting directory /run/media/[user]/[partition]
