[SOLVED] Don't know where to find the script to update pacman.conf

Post by siwar9991 »

Hey there,

I've seen in the article of Erik Dubois that the script to update pacman.conf is located in the home directory, specifically

Code: Select all

~/.bin/stay-rolling/2020/20.11-to-21.01/improve-pacman.conf-and-backup-old.sh
.

I looked for it in my own home directory, but I don't have it.

Does anyone know where to find it?

Thanks

Code: Select all

sudo pacman -S arcolinux-bin-git
for the ArcoLinuxD guys and the Arch Linux guys.

Then it is in /etc/skel.

Want it in your home directory ...

copy/paste it or use the alias

Code: Select all

skel
Read about skel so you know what it does.
