First was Knoppix. Then WUBI, then 'buntu, Mint, etc... for a few years. During the oughts, my main purpose was to learn how to adopt my workflow to FOSS, so I used Gimp, Scribus, Inkscape, Open Office, and Blender even though the workplace had me chained to the Windows.
