[OPEN] Is liveusb temperature high?

Post by user01 » Sun Jun 16, 2019 12:07 pm

I was testing ArcoLinux. And I have seen openbox menu, and opened arcolinux youtube channel and pc temperators are as follows (I had watched for one minute and i closed, it'd have keeped counting)

[liveuser@ArcoLinux ~]$ sensors
coretemp-isa-0000
Adapter: ISA adapter
Core 0: +70.0 C (high = +100.0 C, crit = +100.0 C)
Core 1: +70.0 C (high = +100.0 C, crit = +100.0 C)

acpitz-acpi-0
Adapter: ACPI interface
temp1: +84.0 C (crit = +100.0 C)

nouveau-pci-0100
Adapter: PCI adapter
GPU core: +1.15 V (min = +1.00 V, max = +1.30 V)
temp1: +81.0 C (high = +95.0 C, hyst = +3.0 C)
(crit = +115.0 C, hyst = +5.0 C)
(emerg = +115.0 C, hyst = +5.0 C)

are they high? Is it normal for liveusb?

it is not the liveusb it is your hardware that is measured.

Install it for real and see if you get the same figures.

I am thinking you will.
