My intention as well.

Lets keep on alert to see if anything else is not working as it should be.

I vaguely remember that in a similar situation in Manjaro I used the DKMS auto, but in ArcoLinux it does not work.

(1/2) Install DKMS modules
==> dkms install deepin-anything/0.0.8 -k 4.19.42-1-MANJARO
==> dkms install deepin-anything/0.0.8 -k 5.0.14-rt9-MANJARO
==> Unable to install module deepin-anything/0.0.8 for kernel 5.1.1-2-MANJARO: Missing kernel headers

In the installation below I resolved.

sudo pacman -S linux51-headers

[edson@edson-pc6540br ~]$ dkms status
deepin-anything, 0.0.8, 4.19.42-1-MANJARO, x86_64: installed
deepin-anything, 0.0.8, 5.0.14-rt9-MANJARO, x86_64: installed
deepin-anything, 0.0.8, 5.1.1-2-MANJARO, x86_64: installed

Note: When we check sudo update grub the latest kernel does not appear: See if this information can help with something. The Boot has always been Intel and now appears AMD: /boot/amd-ucode.img

We have already tested the next kernel.

The error persists there.

Might be a systemd that needs updating.

No solution yet.

How do I get new kernel updates not to be ignored?
I'm installing manually to see if the previous problem is fixed.
Then it was resolved.

Even with the new version of Kernel 5.1.12-arch1-1-ARCH the same error message continues as can be seen from the log below:

The systemd-sysctl.service drive failed.

I think the systemd is related to this issue.

Latest systemd came in and it also points to sysctl.

You can repeat this image by reinstalling the latest systemd.

kernel and systemd seem to be in 'conflict'.
